The main provisions of the rules are as follows: Inception 31 January 2019 Range and Period Within the range from 3nm (about 5.5 kilo meters) of Kansai International Airport under heavy weather for the period which to be set in view of forecast information as a wind storm warning Vessel All vessels excluding those which are approved by Director General of Japan Coast Guard to navigate to prevent risks of marine traffic in the case of emergency Penalties Up to three months’ imprisonment or up to JPY300,000 fine For further information, please click here.
