Target-setting remains under discussion The IMO’s recent ISWG-GHG 22 discussions provided greater clarity on the remaining design questions around the proposed Net-Zero Framework, although Member States reached no final decisions. The working group examined target-setting, compliance mechanisms, financing for a just and equitable transition, and incentives for zero and near-zero emission (ZNZ) fuels.
