Attached please the ice forecasting for Liaodong Bay, and more details please kindly note below website of National Marine Environmental Forecasting Center, http://www.nmefc.gov.cn/, from which you may note the weekly and daily ice condition forecasting as well as sea temperature forecasting. And attached please find the photos taken by the surveyors at Changxindao terminal today (29January, 2016).
