The Singapore MPA’s Port Marine Notice details the times of the restrictions as well as the applicable areas, including geographical positions and chartlets for clarity. Click here to access a copy of the Notice. The prohibited areas include parts of the Western Anchorage, and given that the local correspondent Spica Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd expects the boundaries to be tightly guarded, Members should ensure that vessels proceeding to Singapore are familiar with and comply with all relevant restrictions during this time.
