File Image / Pixabay Marine fuels trading firm Bunker Partner has secured a winding-up order against Victory Shipping after Singapore 's High Court ordered the company into liquidation. The winding-up order was made on June 12 , according to a notice published in the city-state’s Government Gazette on Thursday . The court appointed Farooq Ahmad Mann of Mann & Associates PAC as liquidator. The notice said all creditors of Victory Shipping should submit their proof of debt to the liquidator, who will administer the company's affairs. Ship & Bunker had previously reported that Bunker Partner filed the winding-up application on 13 April under Singapore's Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018.
