Everyone in the team has extensive experience and solid reputation in the Japanese market and we are very pleased that they have all decided to join Skuld.   Jinsung Son, Senior Vice President, Head of Skuld Japan Jinsung has a bachelor’s degree in law from Waseda University, Tokyo, and prior to joining Skuld in 2020, he spent 15 years at the Japan P&I Club, most recently as deputy general manager and team leader.   Takehiko Hino, Assistant Vice President, Claims and Underwriting Takehiko comes from a position as Loss Prevention Team Leader with Japan P&I where he has been since 2015. He previously worked for Daiichii Tanker as a Marine Superintendent in their Marine Technology Division from 2008, and as an Operator in Senko’s Tanker Operation Division from 2004. Takehiko has a Bachelor in Navigation from Kobe Maritime University and holds 3rd grade Navigation Officer License.   Luigi Tajima, Assistant Vice President, Claims and Underwriting Luigi joins Skuld from a position as Manager/Executive of Claims Handling at Japan P&I, handling both FDD and P&I cases.
