The ship, which has no cargo on board, has been anchored near the port since March 24 2012 because of legal differences between its owner and agent.
Minister of Transport Hashem Masaeed said the crew had deliberately started the fire because of a dispute with the ship's owner.
The video was taken by a Junior Engineer Pankaj Solanki from another ship nearby.
