As of 1703 GMT, Brent was down $1.38 , or 1.3 percent , to $103.88 per barrel, and West Texas Intermediate declined $2.04 or 2.1 percent , at $90.58 ; both benchmarks were still on track for monthly gains of 15 percent and 5.7 percent respectively.
