CCC 11 agreed on the following: amendments to the IGC code which are to be submitted to MSC 111 for approval;Interim Guidelines for the safety of ships using hydrogen as fuel with a view to approval by MSC 111;amendments to the Revised Interim Recommendations for carriage of liquefied hydrogen in bulk (to be submitted to MSC 111 for adoption);Interim Guidelines for the use of ammonia cargo as fuel with a view to approval by MSC 111;amendments to IMSBC (to be submitted to MSC 111) and inclusion of five new individual schedules;Unified Interpretations of the IGC Code on Secondary Barrier Testing;CCC circular on requirements for reporting the loss of containers to the organization pursuant to SOLAS regulations V/31 and 32;Workplan for the development of the safety regulatory framework for alternative fuels and new technologies which is to be submitted to MSC 111. CCC 11 progressed on the following: review of MSC.1/Circ. 1353/Rev.2 (performance standards and Guidelines for lashing software) and endorsed the Workplan to prevent the loss of containers at sea;IMDG Code and referred to E&T 43 for further consideration (table concerning radioactive elements; control temperature of flammable liquids); IMSBC Code and instructed E&T44 to incorporate into draft amendments 09-27 to the IMSBC Code five individual schedules, recommended an output on the prevention of risks as regards the use of fumigation and pesticides (review of the MSC.1/Circ. 1264) and the development of GISIS (for non-listed cargoes).
