As Members will note from the attachment, the vessel calling at Chittagong port will be required to provide the information including the name of the last port of call as well as health clearance status of all crew and officers, etc, prior to the vessel’s entering into Chittagong port limit. Members with vessels calling at Chittagong port should contact their port agent for further advice in advance of their vessel’s arrival.
