China – Establishment of Emission Control Areas (ECA) (No.2) 1 February 2016 No.800 Download PDF (571KB) Members are referred to the previous Japan P&I News No.791 dated 18 December, 2015, in which they were advised of the establishment of Emission Control Areas (ECA) in Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Bohai-rim Waters for reducing the emission of air pollutants from ships. Huatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Ltd., our correspondents in China, has kindly provided the Association with the latest developments as stated in the attached circular.
