Menzies Aviation has completed the integration of G2 Secure Staff, less than 12 months after acquiring the company for $305 million . The integration was the largest in Menzies Aviation’s history. More than 12,500 former G2 employees have moved onto Menzies’ systems, processes and brand. The acquisition has also doubled Menzies’ presence in the United States. Menzies expands to 108 US airports The combined business now employs around 20,000 people in the United States . It provides ground handling, air cargo and fuel services at 108 airports across the country. G2 operations at 85 airports have moved to the Menzies Aviation brand. The acquisition also added 70 new partners to Menzies’ US customer base. Menzies said the integration has created new business opportunities. These include cabin cleaning and services for passengers with reduced mobility. G2 integration completed in under a year The integration covered equipment, uniforms and operating procedures. Safety, security, IT and HR systems were also moved across to Menzies. The company introduced an integrated deicing programme at 25 airports. Nearly 150 managers completed risk induction. A further 440 former G2 trainers received qualifications to meet Menzies’ requirements. “The successful integration of G2 enhances our ability to meet that demand and strengthens our position in the world’s largest aviation market,” said Hassan El-Houry, CEO of Menzies Aviation. Acquisition doubles Menzies’ US footprint Menzies acquired G2 Secure Staff in August 2025. The deal doubled its US footprint and made Menzies the largest independent aviation services provider in the country by number of airports served , according to the company. The acquisition also helped increase Menzies Aviation’s annual revenue to $3 billion in 2025 .
