The amendment also establishes a new deadline for submitting requests for clarification, extending the period through June 8, 2026, and postponing the deadline for submitting prequalification documentation to July 23, 2026. The publication of the pre-qualification documents, clarification periods, issuance of amendments, and deadline extensions are procedures governed by the ACP Concessions Regulations and are designed to facilitate communications between interested parties and the Panama Canal. Documentation submitted by applicants will be evaluated according to the technical, financial, and legal criteria set forth in the prequalification documents and their amendments.
