Fortescue: Strong third quarter contributes to record nine-month shipments in Commodity News 25/04/2026 Summary Achieved a Leading Safety Index (LSI) of 173 and a Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIFR) of 1.4 for the 12 months to 31 March 2026. Iron Bridge Concentrate realised price of US$122/dmt for Q3 FY26 was 101 per cent of the average Platts 65% CFR Index and 117 per cent of the average Platts 61% CFR Index. Cash balance of US$4.2 billion and net debt of US$1.6 billion at 31 March 2026, after payment of the interim dividend of US$1.3 billion and capital expenditure of US$915 million in the quarter. Successfully completed the acquisition of Alta Copper, securing ownership of its portfolio of exploration assets, including the Cañariaco Copper Project in Northern Peru. Portfolio optimisation of the Pilbara Operations (inclusive of Hematite and Iron Bridge) is underway with consideration of Port outload capacity and maximising portfolio value. An update is anticipated in three months.
