MSIB Number 02-20 (Change 2), most importantly provides an updated list of countries where crew, vessel or passengers may have travelled prior to arrival in the United States whereby entry restrictions shall apply. MSIB 06-20 provides details as to what conditions a person may be deemed as “ill” and steps to be taken immediately by the ship’s Master during the 15-day period preceding the date of expected arrival in the United States.
