They alert that coal at the Matola Coal Terminal, Maputo, Mozambique has spontaneously combusted because of long storage time and unseasonable high wind. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that crew be particularly vigilant during the loading of bulk coal at Maputo and to ensure that all of the requirements of the BC Code are followed.
