Work site: at the position of 17°42′44.23″N /108°40′35.76″E, at around 48 nautical miles due south of Yinggezui of Hainan. Workboat: “Kan Tan No.3” (drilling ship, call sign: BIAY). Work mode: offshore drilling operation. Cautions: Workboat should display signals in accordance with the relevant regulations.
