ADVISORIES ARE AVAILABLE AT http://www.pancanal.com FOR ETAS OR DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH OUR OFFICES, REFER TO NOTICE N-3-2020 Panama Canal Authority Vice Presidency for Operations Advisory to Shipping No. A-16-2022 May 3, 2022 TO : All Shipping Agents, Owners, and Operators SUBJECT : Suspension of Second Draft Adjustment for the Neopanamax Locks Recent precipitation in the Canal watershed has allowed the Panama Canal Authority (ACP) to suspend indefinitely the draft reduction announced in Advisory to Shipping A-15-2022. Therefore, based on the present and projected level of Gatun Lake for the following weeks, the maximum authorized draft allowed for vessels transiting the Neopanamax locks will remain at 15.09 m (49.5 feet) TFW until further notice.
