The following article regarding regional bunker fuel availability outlook for the East of Suez region has been provided by online marine fuels procurement platform ENGINE for publication on Singapore bunkering publication Manifold Times: Bunker demand low in Singapore Availability tight in Zhoushan Availability good across several Sri Lankan ports Singapore and Malaysia Singapore’s bunker market continues to face supply tightness despite “below average demand,” with recommended lead times for VLSFO now around 10-15 days, down from 13-17 days a week earlier. Most suppliers are maintaining low stock levels, while delays in cargo arrivals linked to the conflict in the Middle East have placed additional pressure on availability, according to a Singapore-based source. HSFO availability has also tightened, with advised lead times increasing to around 10-15 days, compared with 9-12 days last week. Meanwhile, LSMGO supply remains relatively healthy, with lead times of around five days, improving from 5-7 days previously. At Malaysia’s Port Klang, bunker supply remains constrained across several grades. Prompt VLSFO availability is particularly tight, while LSMGO supply remains limited and HSFO availability continues to face pressure. East Asia Bunker availability remains tight in Zhoushan, where several suppliers are running low on stocks and delayed replenishment cargoes are further restricting supply. Lead times for VLSFO and HSFO have increased to around 14 days, from 10 days and seven days, respectively. LSMGO lead times have also lengthened to about 10 days, from seven days. Supply conditions remain uneven across other Chinese ports. Dalian and Qingdao have adequate VLSFO and LSMGO stocks, although HSFO availability remains tight in Qingdao. Tianjin is experiencing shortages across all three major grades, while Shanghai has limited VLSFO and HSFO availability but relatively stable LSMGO supply. Tightness is also evident in southern China. Suppliers in Fuzhou and Xiamen
