Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Service Corporation (PV Drilling) has signed a contract with the Russian state-owned oil and gas company Zarubezhneft to provide a jackup rig. The rig, still unnamed, will be used for Zarubezhneft’s 2026 development drilling campaign on the Thien Nga – Hai Au field, located in Block 12/1
