CEVA Logistics has signed exclusive agreements to discuss the acquisition of Paack Iberia and Paack France , expanding its last-mile delivery business in Europe. The proposed transaction would strengthen the operations of Colis Privé , CEVA’s B2C delivery subsidiary. It would reinforce its position in France and establish a presence in Spain and Portugal. The acquisition supports CEVA’s strategy to build a pan-European last-mile delivery platform for the growing eCommerce market. Founded in Barcelona in 2015, Paack specialises in last-mile delivery for eCommerce and retail customers. The company combines its own technology platform with an integrated logistics network. Its services include time-slot deliveries, real-time parcel tracking, returns management and route optimisation. In 2025, Paack generated €125 million in revenue in Spain and Portugal and €49 million in France. The acquisition would also expand Colis Privé’s operational network. Paack operates 82 facilities across the Iberian Peninsula. The network includes 21 hubs , 61 partner distribution centres and more than 5,000 pickup and drop-off (PUDO) locations . In France, Paack’s six urban centres would complement Colis Privé’s existing network. CEVA said Paack’s technology platform would strengthen Colis Privé’s digital capabilities. The system supports parcel planning, shipment tracking, delivery time-slot management and route optimisation. Today, Colis Privé works with around 5,000 delivery drivers across France, Belgium and Luxembourg. The acquisition would also add nearly 490 employees and expand the company’s delivery capabilities in Southern Europe. Following the transaction, Colis Privé would surpass €550 million in annual revenue.
