Image Credit: TFG Marine Marine fuels firm TFG Marine has said around 88% of its fleet is now equipped with mass flow meters (MFMs), following the latest installation on a bunker barge heading to Jamaica . The Kingston Trader has been fitted with a Coriolis MFM system certified to ISO 22192 and is now sailing to Jamaica , it said in a LinkedIn post yesterday. “The latest installation brings the proportion of TFG Marine’s fleet equipped with MFMs to approximately 88%, marking another step in the continued rollout of this technology across our global bunkering operations,” it said. The barge will operate through TFG Marine’s local partnership with Scott Petroleum and will be the first bunkering vessel in the region equipped with the technology. The company launched physical supply operations in Jamaica last year .  The meters are intended to improve the accuracy of bunker quantity measurements and give customers greater confidence in the volumes delivered.
