Djibouti has officially inaugurated a new ship repair yard developed in partnership with Damen Shipyards with financing from Invest International of the Netherlands. The Djibouti Ship Repair Yard (DSRY) claims to be the largest facility of its kind in the Red Sea and East Africa. It includes a floating dock measuring 217 m long and 43 m wides.
