Saudi Arabia – Ballast water sample initiative at Saudi Aramco ports and terminals 8 August 2017 No.912 Download PDF (158KB) We have obtained the following information on the captioned topic from a shipping agent in Saudi Arabia, Inchcape Shipping Services:   The International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships’ Ballast Water and Sediments, 2004 (“BWM Convention”) will enter into force on 8 September 2017.  Saudi Arabia has ratified BWM Convention.
