As we have been advised by Huatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Ltd. of a change to their charging structure, we hereby provide the amended service contract for Members' ease of reference (although they had set up their charging structure for US$400 per Agreement or US$2,500 per annual for the whole fleet, the latter has been changed to US$2,500 for twenty ships for the whole year with additional US$500 for each 10 extra ships).
