File Image / Pixabay Marine fuels trading firm Bunker Partner has filed an application in Singapore for the winding-up of  Victory Shipping . The application was filed on April 13 and is scheduled to be heard on May 15 at 10 AM , according to a notice published in the city-state's Government Gazette on Thursday . The filing was made under Singapore’s Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018. “Any creditor or contributory of the said Defendant desiring to support or oppose the making of an order on the winding up application may appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose,” the notice states. The claimant’s solicitors are Singapore law firm M/S Ming Law Asia LLC .
