＜Press Release＞Announcement of Organisational Change 29 March 2023 Tweet We are pleased to announce our organisational change that will be effective on 1 April 2023. (Please find attached the updated organisational chart.)   The IT Planning Team of the Information Systems Department will be replaced by the IT Strategy Team and the IT Infrastructure Team.   This change will improve operational productivity and strengthen IT control, as it divides the highly specialised and wide-ranging operations into two teams.   The Personnel Team and the General Affairs Team of the Human Resources and General Affairs Department will be replaced by the Administration Management Team and the Strategic HR Team.   The purposes of this change is to reorganise the team structure in line with the tasks the teams are dealing with, and to position the HR planning as one of the most important tasks for the Strategic HR Team.
