The creditors’ meeting of Nan Chuan Maritime Pte Ltd, has been scheduled to be held on 3 June, according to a Wednesday (13 May) notice posted on the Government Gazette. The meeting for creditors of the company will be held at 8 Marina View, #40-04/05, Asia Square Tower 1, Singapore 018960 and by electronic means at 3pm. The agenda of the meeting is: To receive a full statement of the Company’s affairs together with a list of creditors and the estimated amount of their claims. To appoint liquidators. To be authorised to appoint solicitors to (i) assist the liquidators in the liquidators’ duties; and/or (ii) to bring or defend any action or legal proceeding in the name and on behalf of the Company. A copy of the detailed agenda for the meeting of creditors of the Company on the aforementioned date and time has been circulated to all known creditors of the Company via post and email. Any creditor of the Company who has not received the detailed agenda by this date is invited to contact the Company’s representatives Mr. Navin Thomas (navin.thomas@sg.gt.com) and Ms. Nancy Goh ( nancy.goh@sg.gt.com ).
