Circular to all members At the Annual General Meeting of Assuranceforeningen Skuld (Gjensidig) held in Oslo, Norway on 2 September 2021, members and clients received reports on matters of importance in relation to the Association’s business. Furthermore, annual elections were held. 1. 2020/2021 Financial Year The Financial Statements of the Association for the year ending on 20 February 2021 were approved by the Annual General Meeting. 2. Review of Policy Years 2018 Policy Year: The AGM decided to close the 2018 policy year without supplementary calls. 2019 Policy Year: The year will be kept open until 2022. 2020 Policy Year: The year will be kept open until 2023. Release Calls (applicable as of 2 September 2021) 2018: Closed 2019: Release call maintained at 10% 2020: Release call maintained at 15% 2021: Release call maintained at 15% 3.
