Wayfinder will support more informed route and speed decisions, stronger operational visibility, and better coordination between Uni-Tankers’s ship and shore-based teams. The decision comes as Uni-Tankers continues to grow its fleet and its 2025/26 strategy focuses on operational efficiency and digital development. For Uni-Tankers, the partnership reflects a practical operational need. The company recently reported a record fleet of 44 vessels, with activity balanced between the spot market and long-term contracts. “Operating a global fleet requires a consistent focus on both safety and operational performance,” said Peter Søbygge, General Manager Operations at Uni-Tankers. “Our vessels trade across regions and weather systems, where reliable data and strong visibility support more consistent decision-making both onboard and onshore.
