Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)－Singapore updated requirements for crew change (No.3) The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) issued Port Marine Circular No.12 of 2021 on 22 April 2021 in relation to crew change procedures for ships in Singapore.   From 2359 hours on 23 April 2021, peoples who traveled to India (including transit) in the past fourteen (14) days will not be allowed to enter Singapore or transit in Singapore.   Therefore, in view of the replacement of crew members, if on-signers traveled/transited from/through India or off-signers came from/through India within the above period, they will not be allowed to enter/embark/disembark in Singapore.   For more information, please see attached MPA Circular No.12 of 2021.
