Chinese Quarantine Authorities Requires Mosquito Eradication Certificate for Vessels from ZIKA Affected Areas 28 March 2016 No. 809 Download PDF (886KB) We have obtained information on the captioned topic by our correspondent in China, Huatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Ltd. Please find the attached circular. Addition to the circular, we have obtained following information from our correspondents. According to the information we have obtained locally, Tianjin port and ports on Yangtze river including Shanghai, Nantong, Zhangjiagang, etc. don’t require mosquito eradication certificate. But the vessels will be subject to CIQ on board inspection in terms of mosquito. Regarding the requirement of Mosquito Eradication Certificate, the requirement only applies to vessels calling directly from a Zika virus affected country to China. The notice doesn’t specify any time period in this respect. Anyway, as the practice may vary at different ports, members are recommended to check with the local agent prior to ship’s calling. We hope it will be of help to you with regard to the safe voyage. 8381.pdf (428KB) Crew Cargo China Asia Japan P&I News ロスプリベンション Japan P&I News ナイロビ条約 日本 組合員限定 --> Most read News Recent Navigation Warnings of China Waters No.39 Recent Navigation Warnings of China Waters No.40 The 67th Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Association
