The Port of Hartlepool has welcomed a new Konecranes Gottwald ESP.6 mobile harbour crane following assembly and testing in Antwerp. The 390-tonne crane offers a maximum lift capacity of 125 tonnes and a working radius of up to 49 metres, further enhancing the port’s cargo handling capability. The new crane joins the recently acquired Sennebogen 875M materials handler as part of the port’s ongoing infrastructure investment programme, designed to ensure the flexibility and capacity to meet evolving customer requirements and support future growth across a diverse range of cargo types.
