Announcement of Organisational and Personnel Changes 28 June 2018 To the Members We are pleased to announce that the following organisational and personnel changes will be made on 1 July 2018.   1.   Directors For the enhancement of our sales capabilities, we are assigning the following Directors to support the Executive Director in charge of Tokyo Underwriting Department and branches: Keisuke Kobayashi Director in charge of sales of principal office and international sales (mainly planning marketing strategy) General Manager, Tokyo Underwriting Department Shunsei Miyake Director in charge of Western Japan *The Directors after the Ordinary General Meeting of the Members to be held on 17 July 2018 will be announced separately.   2.  Organisational Changes (Please refer to the attached Organisation Chart) The Claims Department will be re-modelled into two new departments, i.e., Claims Department I and Claims Department II. In order to enhance our FD&D and legal services, we have set up the FD&D/legal team and a Quality Control team, and these teams will form part of Claims Department II. Sections within departments and branches will be divided into teams instead of groups. The team system will enable us to make more prompt decisions and to provide a more thorough response to Members’ requests.
