Lines, Ltd.] < Organisational and personnel changes on 24 July 2024> 1. Organisational Changes (Please refer to the attached Organisation Chart) The Underwriting Management Department will be established under the Head of Underwriting Units. The new department will have the Underwriting Management Team, which will take over the functions of the Underwriting Administration Team of the Underwriting Administration Department. Consequently, the Underwriting Administration Department will be renamed as Reinsurance and Regulatory Affairs Department, which will consist of the newly named Reinsurance and Regulatory Affairs Team. The Claims Management Department will be established under the Head of Claims Units. The new department will have the Claims Management Team, which will take over the functions of the Quality Control Team of the Claims Department II. The Claims Teams in Kobe and Imabari branches will be put under the control of the Claims Department I and the Claims Department II. The Claims Department I will consist of the Tokyo P&I Team I, the Tokyo P&I Team II, the Tokyo P&I Team III, the FD&D/Legal Team, the Kobe P&I Team and the Imabari P&I Team. The Claims Department II will consist of the Tokyo Crew Team, the Kobe Crew Team and the Imabari Crew Team.
