Speaking at a press conference, Ministry Joint Secretary Bandana Preyashi, said the delayed shipments include eight vessels carrying 330,000 metric tons of urea, four ships loaded with 257,000 metric tons of di-ammonium phosphate (DAP), one ammonia carrier, and three vessels transporting a combined 110,000 metric tons of sulfur.
