Cover therefore remains available for certified Malicious Cyber Risks up to your Cover limit. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that for all plain language entries with the Association, the Cyber Risks Exclusion, under ‘What is not covered (exclusions)’ in your liability insurance policy applies, but only to uncertified Malicious Cyber liabilities. Cover therefore remains available for certified Malicious Cyber Risks up to your Cover limit. For the purposes of this Notice, certified Malicious Cyber Risks are direct liabilities the Club would respond to under certificates of financial guarantee (i.e. blue cards).
