News 27 Jan, 2021 Argentina: New Regulation in Respect of Asian Gypsy Moth - implementation date postponed Mark Dunbar Surveys Manager Further to our recent article of 21 January , Pandi Liquidadores now advise that DNPV/SENASA have issued disposition 001/2021 setting out that enforcement of the new regulations has been postponed and they will now enter into force on 12th April 2021. Download PDF In addition, SENASA have affirmed that the regulation will apply retrospectively and therefore ships will need to submit the relevant pre arrival information and/or phytosanitary certificate, as appropriate, if it sailed through the relevant areas during flight season in the 24 months prior to 12th April 2021.
