China－Shanghai and Yangtze River Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Ship Pollution (1 March 2023) 17 March 2023 No.1214 Tweet Download PDF (551KB) In order to strengthen the prevention and control of ship pollution, two regulations, Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on the Prevention and Control of Ship Pollution and Regulations of Jiangsu Province on the Prevention and Control of Ship Pollution in the Yangtze River have come into force as of 1 March 2023.
