Revision of our "Application for Membership" and "Application for Entry" 20 February 2012 No.608 We are pleased to announce that the revised "Application for Membership" and "Application for Entry" will be effective from 20 February 2012 (the 2012 policy year). This revision is related to the change of our Rule 2 (Duties of disclosure and notification) in order to comply with the Japanese Insurance Law in respect of the duties of disclosure of essential particulars and/or information concerning the contract of insurance. Members are requested, without delay, to notifythe Association in writing of any alteration to the particulars and/or information requested on the application forms for the entry of ship for insurance, whenever such analteration occurs. Please use the revised forms of application which are available from our staffs as well as the  "Application for Entry"  page on our website.
