Paris MOU and Tokyo MOU – PSC Three-month Concentrated Inspection Campaign starting 3 September 2019 No.1036 Tweet Download PDF (391KB) The Paris MOU and the Tokyo MOU are carrying out Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) on emergency systems and procedures from 1 September to 30 November 2019. The purpose of this CIC is to verify compliance with the requirements for the preparation of emergency equipment and to ensure crew’s ability to respond to emergency situations.
