Paris MOU and Tokyo MOU – PSC Three-month Concentrated Inspection Campaign starting The Paris MOU and the Tokyo MOU are carrying out Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) on emergency systems and procedures from 1 September to 30 November 2019. The purpose of this CIC is to verify compliance with the requirements for the preparation of emergency equipment and to ensure crew’s ability to respond to emergency situations. We urge Members to refer to the attached “Press Release” and “Questionnaire” for preparing for the PSC inspection.
