The latest Skuld Charterer edition discusses Conditions of Use (COUs) from a charterers’ perspective. These requirements set by terminals for vessels to access their facilities, particularly at LNG terminals, are known to be onerous in nature, often passing much of the risk of the operation over to the Owners (and in some cases the Charterers).
