Iraq’s Oil Minister attributed the drop to disrupted shipping, including tanker insurance problems that have reduced vessel arrivals, Reuters reports. The wider conflict has also constrained exports from major producers including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, and Iraq, pushing global oil prices higher.
