As a result of the PRC’s “zero” COVID-19 policy, the relevant controls are still in effect, and have recently been tightened in places due to regional outbreaks. A summary of COVID-19 restrictions at key PRC ports is summarized in the attached table. Members should also note that PRC authorities currently consider the following as “high” risk: (1) seafarers arriving from India, Thailand, Myanmar, Bhutan, Laos, Mongolia, the Russian Federation, Cambodia, Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh; and (2) vessels arriving from India, Thailand, Myanmar, the Russian Federation, Cambodia, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
