CMA CGM and Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT) have signed a definitive agreement to develop and operate Terminal 4 at the Port of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia . The project is expected to involve an investment of SAR 1.6 billion (US$434 million) . Once completed, the new container terminal will provide around 2.6 million TEU of annual capacity . Agreement follows 2025 term sheet The definitive agreement builds on a term sheet signed by CMA CGM and RSGT last year. Under the new agreement, the partners will develop and operate Terminal 4 at Jeddah. The project will strengthen container handling infrastructure at the Saudi Arabian port. Terminal to feature 10 STS cranes Terminal 4 is expected to add approximately 2.6 million TEU of capacity. The facility will be equipped with 10 ship-to-shore (STS) cranes to support container vessel operations. No construction timeline or expected completion date was provided.
