American Club Circular No. 25/13 1 SEPTEMBER 25, 2013 CIRCULAR NO. 25/13 TO MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION Dear Member: PRE-EMPLOYMENT MEDICAL EXAMINATION (PEME) PROGRAM: EXTENSION OF THE TIME PERIOD BETWEEN THE PEME EXAMINATION AND EMPLOYMENT TO SIXTY DAYS Members are asked to note the following development in regard to the validity of Club medical forms/certificates issued under its PEME program. With immediate effect, the Club-approved medical form/certificate will be valid for a sixty (60) day period from the original date of issuance. Until now, they were valid for thirty (30) days. Furthermore, current Certificate of Entry endorsements reflecting 30 days, rather than 60 days, will be deemed to have been amended to 60 days from the original date of issuance for the remainder of the 2013 policy year.
