Offshore drilling giant Noble Corporation has won a rig contract for well intervention from Harbour Energy in the UK part of the North Sea. Harbour Energy hired the Noble Resilient jackup for a well intervention campaign which would last between 30 and 70 days with an estimated start in July 2024. This contract will start in direct continuation of the 2008-built rig’s current program with Wintershall in Denmark and before it starts the previously agreed deal with Petrogas. Namely, the contract with Wintershall started in April and is set to end in June. The rig is operating on a $115,000 dayrate. The deal with Petrogas, worth $133,000 per day, is scheduled to start in August and will end in November.
