Skuld today released its first forecast for the 2013 year of account for its Lloyd's syndicate 1897, and a positive update for the 2012 year of account. Despite difficult trading conditions, our underlying book is performing well and we have had a relatively benign claims environment. Market conditions remain challenging, which has reinforced the need to maintain our strict underwriting discipline focusing on profit, not premium."
