Hello everyone! After a year of hiatus, I am slowly finding my motivation to make videos again. Don't worry, we still have almost 2 years worth video clips onboard ships that I haven't published yet. That means I have a lot of new stuff in store for you. DECARBONIZATION AND THE MARITIME JUST TRANSITION Yesterday, I had the opportunity to take part in the COP30 Brazil Virtual Ocean Pavilion together with @lloydsregister Lloyd's Register and Lloyd’s Register Foundation — by submitting this video highlighting how decarbonization is already shaping the lives of seafarers around the world. It was inspiring to see how LR is helping to build a safe and sustainable ocean economy by supporting seafarers, advancing safety, and driving the transition to zero-carbon fuels. As some of you might know, I recently completed my degree in Master of Science in Engineering for Marine Professionals with my dissertation entitled: Comparative Study of Ammonia, Methanol, and Hydrogen as Alternative Fuels: Their Impact on Global Emissions and Safe Operation of Ships.
