The role involves overseeing and consolidating financial and economic risks associated with the company’s energy and bunkering activities, it said in a LinkedIn job advertisement on Friday . The company is looking for candidates with following qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of risk management, energy markets and hedging instruments. Fluent English is essential. More than eight years of experience in Risk Management within a trading company, finance function or similar environment. Significant experience in Oil, Gas and/or CO₂ markets. Experience in defining or managing hedging strategies. Experience in risk analysis, exposure scenarios and stress testing. Experience in preparing reports and recommendations for senior management and Executive Committee audiences. Ability to challenge assumptions and make sound decisions.
